Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)


Welcome to the Public School P&C web page! At Menai Public School, the P&C plays an important role in supporting the school's teaching and learning activities.

Working with the school Principal and teachers, the P&C assists with resourcing a wide range of activities for our children to enhance and extend their experience at the school. Whether in class, on the field or on stage, there is a very strong "whole of community" approach to the wellbeing of our students.

These activities require the ongoing generosity of the community, both in time and funds. As such, the P&C undertakes a range of fundraising family events throughout the year. These fundraisers contribute to the school's budget and ensure all students can enjoy an engaging and fulfilling time at the school, no matter what their interests.

The P&C meets twice a term on a Monday evening at 7.00pm in the library.  The meetings offer parents and citizens an opportunity to get involved, or just catch up on what is happening at Menai Public School. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the life of our little school.

Election of the P&C Executive Committee is held at the Annual General Meeting each year. Only financial members of the Menai Primary School P&C are eligible to vote. Membership is $1 per year.

Our uniform shop is open every Thursday morning from 9am - 10am.

  • Your name and phone number

  • Your child's name and their class

  • What you require and the size you would like

You will receive a reply email with the total amount owing and the bank account details to be able to process the payment. Once the funds have been received you will receive a second email to confirm when the uniform will be ready to collect. Your receipt will be emailed to you.
