WE EXTEND A WARM WELCOME TO YOU FROM OUR P&C!

Welcome to the Public School P&C web page! At Menai Public School, the P&C plays an important role in supporting the school's teaching and learning activities.

Working with the school Principal and teachers, the P&C assists with resourcing a wide range of activities for our children to enhance and extend their experience at the school. Whether in class, on the field or on stage, there is a very strong "whole of community" approach to the wellbeing of our students.

These activities require the ongoing generosity of the community, both in time and funds. As such, the P&C undertakes a range of fundraising family events throughout the year. These fundraisers contribute to the school's budget and ensure all students can enjoy an engaging and fulfilling time at the school, no matter what their interests.

The P&C meets on the Monday evening of weeks 2 and 6 at 7.00pm in the library.  The meetings offer parents and citizens an opportunity to get involved, or just catch up on what is happening at Menai Public School. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the life of our little school.

Election of the P&C Executive Committee is held at the Annual General Meeting each year. Only financial members of the Menai Primary School P&C are eligible to vote. Membership is $1per year.

UNIFORM SHOP

Our uniform shop is upgrading its online ordering facility. In the meantime, orders can be placed by emailing: 

uniformshop.menaipublic@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your name and phone number

  • Your child's name and their class

  • What you require and the size you would like

You will receive a reply email with the total amount owing and the bank account details to be able to process the payment. Once the funds have been received you will receive a second email to confirm when the uniform will be ready to collect. Your receipt will be emailed to you.

We appreciate your patience as we establish our new systems in order to meet the needs of our wonderful little community. If you are interested in joining our team of volunteers, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the email address above - we would love to hear from you and grow our ability to open the uniform shop more often in 2019.
